Four time Academy Award nominated actress Julianne Moore will be joining The Hunger Games franchise late next year. Lionsgate announced on Friday that Moore will be a part of the cast of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2.
In the third and fourth installments of the series, Moore will depict the manipulative rebel leader of District 13, President Alma Coin. In Mockingjay, Moore will join the star cast of Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, and Liam Hemsworth. Other newcomers to the sequel, directed by Francis Lawrence, will include Philip Seymour Hoffman, Evan Ross, and Natalie Dormer.
